Order policy

Illume cards are printed to order. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify inputs after it enters the print queue (nightly at 02:00 UTC). Contact us within that window and we'll adjust.

Privacy

We store your birth date, time, and place only for the purpose of rendering your card and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share this data. See our full privacy policy.

Returns

Made-to-order cards are non-returnable, but if your card arrives damaged we replace it free within 30 days.

Shipping

Free U.S. shipping via USPS Priority. International rates calculated at checkout. Cards ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
